What process is used to engrave your pet memorial stones?
We are very proud to use completely traditional carving methods, in our purpose built workshop in Cornwall. Each product we produce is made to order, designed and hand sketched, then the design is carved into the stone. We do not use guides nor computers, which mean's are products are truly one of a kind. 


Are your pet memorial stones real?
Yes! Our stones are provided to us by a trusted Cornish supplier. All of our chosen stones and pebbles are completely natural and are all wonderful different just as mother nature intended. For our plaque, we use local Cornish slate or recycled slate.

Can you engrave my own artwork or design into a pet memorial stone?
If you are unable to find a custom design on our website or would like something a little different, please contact us at hello@petmemorialstones.co.uk and we will be more than happy to assist.

Can you help me design my pet memorial stone?
Yes! Just let us know what you have in mind and we'll do our best to get it done to perfection. Contact us at hello@petmemorialstones.co.uk 

How long will it take to receive my engraved pet memorial stone?
Please allow between 5 to 7 working days for your order to be made, as well as postage time. For urgent orders, please contact us at hello@petmemorialstones.co.uk for further information.

Yes! We are able to ship across the world, delivery choices are at the checkout.

What is your returns policy for your pet memorial stones?
Please double check your basket before completing your order. All sales are final. If Pet Memorial Stones makes a mistake on your order, you will receive a replacement or refund.
